Emily Scott Citrus Vodka
Their latest vodka spirit is borne out of a collaboration with Cornish chef Emily Scott. Whilst showing Emily’s team around the distillery, the notion of a partnership sprung to light.
Noting Emily’s passion for citrus fruits in her cooking, the obvious step was to distil fresh citrus rinds into their award winning potato vodka in their tiny 200 litre hand-made, copper pot still.
The result is this bright and fragrant craft vodka with vivid lemon sherbet notes on the nose and palate and a luxuriously sweet and creamy mouthfeel.
Perfect served in a vodka martini, garnished with a lemon twist. Or serve long in an ice filled hi-ball, topped with an Indian tonic water, garnished with a lemon wheel.
