STANDARD DELIVERY

• Our delivery fee is dependant on the combined weight of your order.

• We are not responsible for the delays of third-party services.

• At our checkout page, you'll be prompted to fill out your email address before proceeding to delivery. Once completed, you'll be able to select your delivery option.

• Deliveries will only be shipped out on a Friday to reduce our Carbon Footprint.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• You may report your order to us if it is an unsatisfactory condition, be it opened, broken, torn, or wrongly measured.

• Please be prepared to supply photographic evidence.
